    Sacramento Observer Staff Report       SACRAMENTO — It is being called the worst disaster in California’s history. The Camp Fire, which has destroyed more than 150,000 acres of land in mostly Butte County, began Thursday, November 8 at 6:33 a.m. Since then, more than 80 people have been confirmed dead while rescue workers and volunteers feverishly search for hundreds of missing people.  More than 15,000 structures have been burned — including about 12,000 homes.
